We are on track to ship globally by September 2026. The prototypes are fully locked, our manufacturing partners are secured, and we are ready to hit the production line.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

You have full control to adjust or cancel your pledge at any time before the live campaign ends. Once funding closes, pledges are locked so we can immediately begin production. We build gear meant to survive the worst conditions on Earth, and we back it up — every OWL OPTICAL goggle comes with a 2-year warranty.

Are the lenses interchangeable?

Yes. While our auto-adaptive photochromic lens is designed to be the only lens you need on the mountain, OWL OPTICAL goggles still feature a secure, quick-swap lens system. Additional lens options — including non-photochromic variants — will be available as add-ons during the Kickstarter campaign and post-launch.
