■Shipping Fees

・Orders totaling 27,500 yen (including tax) or more: Free shipping
・Orders totaling less than 27,500 yen (including tax): Shipping fee of 500 yen (including tax)

■Shipping Method

■Delivery Days
For orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day, we aim to ship within 2 business days. (No shipping operations are performed on holidays.)

■Damage during Shipping
While we take great care during packaging to prevent scratches or dents on the outer box, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transit due to unforeseen issues or the responsibility of the delivery company after handover. ■Refunds due to customer convenience We do not accept refunds due to customer convenience.

■Exchanges due to customer convenience We will exchange products etc. if the following conditions are met.
